Cognitive Stimulation Therapy

Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) is an effective program designed to help people with mild to moderate dementia stay mentally active, and improve their quality of life.  CST sessions focus on fun activities that help with thinking, memory, and staying socially active. CST is usually done in small groups, however can also be done one-on-one or in other formats, such as online.
